I woke up this morning at 6:15 and Mommy just couldn’t get motivated to come get me right away. She said I was quiet so she just let me have down time. Well, at almost 7:30 she came in to check on me and I was asleep on the floor. I brought all my Lumpys out of the bed and made a nice little nest on the floor. Daddy got out the new camera and took pictures until I woke up! Thanks for the bright flash Daddy!

Today we went to Grandma Jo’s house and I went swimming with Mommy and Daddy again. Here is a picture from the other day of me in the pool. I run right to the steps and in now! UGH!

Grandma and Grandpa got me a REALLY nifty kitchen/bar-b-que playset. Daddy, Mommy & Grandma Jo put it together and watched me play for a while. Mommy will post a picture when she gets them from Grandma sometime… no rush! 🙂

The tree in the front yard is GONE! All that is left is a stump that they will grind out tomorrow. Bye bye tree… maybe the new tree I can climb when I get bigger! 🙂

I don’t think I like germ-lockdown that much. Mommy & Daddy said no playdates, Gymboree or general unsanitary areas where kids hang out.. at least not for a few more days. We are getting ready for our BIG vacation and I don’t want to be sick! 🙂

Mommy is feeling fine with just minor morning sickness and heartburn… at least it isn’t contagious. Someday I will teach my baby sibling all about EVERYTHING! Since I know a lot, I should do rather well at this! 🙂

I did get to swim in Grandma Jo’s pool today. I tried to dunk her under water. I really enjoyed splashing Grandma and Mommy. I slipped off the step and swam right to the wall and kept telling Mommy I was “stuck”. Eventually I hand over hand walked to the step. Swimming lessons really gave me more confidence and I enjoy the pool a LOT more now.

I am going to update my blog when I am on vacation as much as I can. Daddy and Mommy both got new cameras so maybe the new pictures will be a bit better in quality.

I am excited to swim in the Mickey Pool on the ship…WOO HOO!!!!!

As a to-be-big-brother it is important that I learn to swim so that someday I can show my little sibling what to do!

Today I went in the pool FULLY clothed. This made my body REALLY heavy… especially since I had a diaper on too. (Mommy said the wet diaper must have weighed about 5lbs…just of pool water!!!!)

I am doing fantastic. Tomorrow will be my last day of swimming before vacation. I do not know yet if I have to go back for more lessons. My teacher said I am doing fantastic, even if I still scream through the entire lesson.

I am REALLY stubborn though and can hold my breathe very well. If I see the wall I will get the wall… I can hold my breath a LONG time…

I am awesome at swim-float-swim-float FINALLY! 🙂 I am starting to like the pool… just not the lessons!

Tonight I DID NOT want to go to sleep. Mommy and Daddy came in to check on me a few times and kept telling me to go to bed. I finally gave up and just slept on the floor. Mommy put me back into bed and tucked me in the right way.

I am still getting used to the news of a new baby on the way. What will that mean to me? *shrug* I still like hippos though!
