This picture really needs to explanation other than we love homeschooling!

Epic battles were fought around the dining room.

Last night I slept at the zoo. I took along my camera but didn’t really want to take many pictures. We learned all about animals from Australia and even got to play in the water park after dark! I love these zoo sleepovers.

Opossums are great nocturnal friends.

Singing dogs are funny too.

Today we dissected owl pellets. I had intense focus for almost two hours as I slowly picked it apart looking for animal bones.

I was able to almost rebuild a mouse skeleton from the pellet.

We practiced a little for my part in the library performance.

I had to get up in front of 50 kids and explain air pressure and how it works.

I did a great job and wasn’t nervous at all in front of the group.

My friend, Aran, and I also got to teach a few science experiments to the group.

Hedgie is very adorable and loves to eat mealworms.

He is still so small compared to his mother at camp.

Thunder likes to watch Hedgie during playtime and make sure he doesn’t eat the cat food!
