About 20 Frosted Mini-wheats
Lunch:
PB&J FULL size
Banana
10oz Milk
1 cup of Chex Mix
Dinner:
Oatmeal
10oz Milk
10oz Water
2.5 Apples
PB&J
about 6oz of Cheese
4 crackers
1 cup of Mini-wheats
1 cup of Lucky Charms
Bedtime Snack:
30 HUGE green grapes
1 MOJO Cliff bar
