This morning we loaded up the mini-van, grabbed some breakfast and headed to Safety Harbor Park. I got to play on the playground for about 40 minutes and then we walked over to the “Touch-A-Truck” activity. It was REALLY cool. I got to sit in tractors, dump trucks, and many other neat vehicles. There were NO limits on pressing buttons and pulling knobs. I was in my GLORY! I even shared well with others and continued on when asked to do so.
Running the “digger” in the sand…
I found an older boy and tried to show him how to use it…
Searching for a “hippo”…
Climbing to the top of the rock-wall looking for the “hippo”…
Free-range Breighton… The hippo hunt is on…
Telling Mommy I am afraid of the trucks… (also telling Mommy her new name is “mommy hippo” and “daddy hippo” was taking pictures!)
I think I am now ready to go visit the TRUCKS!
BIG Dump Truck, with lots of levers!
John Deere Tractor…
I don’t feel this little?!
I can do it, but please help me!
Is my turn over? Okay…
Maybe I shouldn’t have pulled THAT knob!
Back-loader!
A bit nervous about the steps… but i did it!
Now, How will I get down… ahhh who cares! I am having FUN!
Toddler JOY!
Who needs college? This looks WAY more fun!
Can I please have the keys?
Mommy pointing out MORE trucks…
This is one big seat to fill.. but it has levers… so it is REALLY cool!
I am OFF! Hurry up Mommy!
The man was explaining what this truck was… DUMP TRUCK!
I tried to drive off in this one too!
Two levers… I can do THAT! This looks easy!
I even got a neat dolphin painted on my arm. More aptly… a dolphin and a sunset with birds and water (without pausing or breathing!).
This was SUCH an awesome morning. I really enjoyed the morning out. Emmerson was strapped to Daddy in the Bjorn.
Well, off to nap…
What an awesome day you had. You are so lucky your Mom and Dad like to take you interesting places.
