E and I went to NiNja Camp last night and had a wonderful time getting scared and doing karate. I won a pumpkin for my archery skills.
Today we used the pumpkins for target practice in the yard.
I am getting better with my bow and arrow!
(As portrayed by Mom & Dad)
Today Emmerson had his first speech class and I got to sit in the front office and work on my school that I didn’t finish. There was a little girl that drive me NUTS with her babbling and constant talking. I managed to get though my work, eventually.
When we got home we played outside in the yard. We made some foam airplanes we found hiding on the shelf and had races up and down the sidewalk.
We explored all the flowers in the garden.
I am loving all the butterflies that are coming in to land on our beautiful flowers!
We went out to Austin Carey Forest to learn about trees, animals and plants to prepare for the April Forest Ecology Contest. I found this awesome spider outside of the classroom.

It was a LONG day, almost 8 hours, of classes and sessions. I hung in there even though I was exhausted.
I really enjoyed learning about how fire helps renew sand hill ecosystems. Besides that the compass class was pretty neat as well.
We went on a field trip to Gatti Town to learn how to make pizza. Most of the kids were a lot younger than me and I didn’t really enjoy the chaos.
I kind of enjoyed making my own pizza and refused to smile for the camera.
I was explaining to the boy next to me that I thought the fractions we were learning were really easy!
After the field trip we drive to Gainesville and visited the Butterfly Garden at the Florida Natural History Museum. I am always amazed by this place.
I had a great time learning about how they mount insects and all the different species of butterflies in the garden.
