ARGH!

Mommy and I want to know why it takes until 2-am on a night when Mommy is alone in the house with me for the stupid smoke alarm in the garage to go NUTS! You would think that there were nice shinny daylight hours that it could have used to go “BEEP…BEEP…BEEP” at full high pitched volume. Poor Mommy stood by the fish-tank, Daddy’s office, the hallway and my room waiting for BEEPS! She finally figured it was in the garage… then spent another 20 minutes trying to figure out WHAT in the garage. Mommy is tired… because besides the beeping she had to calm a scared and screaming ME. Okay, back to bed…. ARGHS!

Good-Bye Mommy

Well, today I decided to get myself in trouble with Mommy. When I was napping the landscapers came by to do some work with the lights in the backyard. When I woke up, Mommy and I were playing in the living room. The landscapers knocked on the door to pick-up a check and Mommy stepped onto the front porch to talk to them. Well, I decided that I really needed to play with the swing deadbolt on the front door. I think it was more that Mommy got mad at me for throwing a sippy cup at her head?? I locked Mommy out. UGH! I was a bit upset that she didn’t come back through the door. Eventually Mommy reappeared through the garage door. Mommy said, “Thank goodness for keyless garage door entry!”

Other than that… today was a quiet day for me. Finally. Only about 4 timeouts! Not bad!

My new toy?

Mommy is really strange when Daddy goes out of town for work. She usually gets all “crafty”. She keeps making me these STRANGE creatures out of socks! I really like them though. Thanks MOMMY!

She said she still needs to finish the mouth on this one. She made another…
I really like him because he is ultra squishy and soft.

WOW! This was all pretty amazing. They came to give us the quote on Tuesday and today is Friday and it is ALLLLLLL DONE! Wow!
The crew worked hard and did a fantastic job. Only cut the sprinklers a few hundred times… but they fixed them all.

The new sod and fence go in next week sometime. We will post more pictures once that is done. There are lights on all the big trees and the arbor too!

The house is really coming along now. Glad we decided not to move.
