A chilly summer day (read 73F) here in Ohio and we headed over to Pennsylvania for a fun day out with animals. They let you hand feed just about every animal in the park. I loved the goats.
This little brown goat was just born today. Park of his umbilical cord was still attached!
I rode a camel with Nomake.
I just loved feeding he otters! They love the carrots.
They had a baby giraffe. His tongue was SUPER long.
The porcupine loved the pellet food.
I taught everyone about the difference in the white and regular tigers.
The water buffalo was so silly. He had a HUGE mouth!
The prairie dogs were super cute, but Mom said I couldn’t have one as a pet right now.
I fed some birds. They pooped a lot.
The kangaroos were just lounging around until I came up. THis one hopped up and nibbled my carrot!
We fed alligators.
The muntjak was a funny looking things.
We took a wagon ride and got to get up close and feed some of the hoofed animals. We weren’t allowed to hand feed the zebra but we could toss it food.
The Watusi Cattle were HUGE! I never realized how large they were before. His horns kept bumping the wagon.
White buffalo are very rare. They are born 1 in every 1000 buffalo!
Back to the petting area and feeding the goats and alpacas.
