We followed some crude directions back into Kapok Park to find some rumored baby owls.
After a few minutes of searching we found them blending in nicely in the tree. There are two in this photo. One on the left in the nest and his sibling a few feet away to the right.
Mommy or Daddy watching carefully as the owlets venture around the tree. There are hawks in the area (we saw a few).
What beautiful birds. To see them wild like this is truly amazing.
