Sometimes I think I am a cat.

 

I started a few weeks ago on a turtle in class. I have been really focused on him.

I finished him up this week. It is a baby loggerhead hatching from his shell.

We had some tickets from a dear friend and were able to bring our family to the ball park for the final firework game of the season. They always have fun raffles and giveaways on the last night. We entered a raffle with our allowance money. We didn’t think much more about it because there were so many people buying tickets it seemed like a lost cause. Dad’s phone rang and we found out we won a prize.

We won a really cool Star Wars themed basket! It had a little bit of everything!

The basket was really huge! Emmerson liked the Darth Vader mask and I loved all the action figures!

So now we are officially Star Wars obsessed for the new movie coming out in December.

Public schools start back up Monday and we figured we could seek over to Animal Kingdom now that the crowds are lower.

We got on the safari ride immediately. We were delayed not he ride for almost a half hour because the giraffes were playing tag in front of us.

We went on the Kali River Rapids five times in a row and were all SOAKED to the bone. We enjoyed some walking around and drying off afterwards.

Mom said it was a long day.

E and I stole Mom’s phone and went on a selfie adventure all over the play area.

 

Today I lead a club meeting at 4-H and also gave my demonstration on Bernoulli’s Principle. I have been working very hard on my demo this year. I even learned how to make Power Point presentations.

I practiced my speech several times a day with Mom and then more in the bathroom in front of the mirror.

We have quite a fun 4-H club this year.
