We had to go to Ocala for my Marine Ecology contest for 4H. We went up a day early with Mom and Dad for a mini vacation. We enjoyed hiking at Silver Springs State Park. The water was amazingly clear.
We saw flowers that were huge!
Mom likes to take these photos from behind… maybe because she is always in the back and is the one carrying the camera!
We took a glass bottom boat extended eco tour.
We saw lots of wildlife including a ton of alligators really up close. You could tell who was from Florida and used to gators appart from those not from Florida that were practically diving out of the boat to get photos.
There were lots of turtles too.
E and I just hung down over the window to the water.
We saw spring heads.
What a great day!
