I am cranking through my photography class. We went on a walk today around the neighborhood and I took pictures the entire way. I loved this one of the playground.

We went to the spray ground with some friends. Mom painted my face with red sunblock! She used a little too much so applied what was extra like war paint.

We went to County Congress for 4H.

We saw Phinley get his belt for winning Mascot Mania 2014!

I taught Emmerson about butterflies.

I learned I have a new least favorite subject, no shocker, it involves WRITING!

We went as a family to Howard Park to take some photos. I caught a gopher tortoise on the move.

I works on my rule of thirds photos.

Emmerson was a good spot for all my crazy photos.

We practiced “behaving” at the grocery store.

What a crazy busy first week of official school.

My pal Lex stayed over tonight. After a long day we started to unwind with a cutthroat game of Dino-o-poly.

Mom sent us to go to bed and it turned into a diving across the living room event. Lex can certainly fly!

We had a blast goofing off and relaxing.

I am working on taking photos for my class. Today I had to take a selfie!

When we were outside we saw an armadillo.

I also worked on perspective shots with my stuffed frog.

I am loving the 50 states unit Mom is doing with us.

On to Latin, Song School Latin 2.

I love all my subjects this year and will eventually find my grove for the year.

I was playing with Emmerson’s spinning butterfly toy today and I got it a wee bit close to my head. Well, oops! It got tangled in my hair. Daddy to the rescue. 15 minutes, 2 screwdrivers and a few tears later it was removed. Silly me!

Tonight at our banquet we got our yearly clover awards.

I also got a medallion for Robotics.

Our club also won Club of the Year.

We are looking forward to a great new 4H year starting in a week.
