We drove down, with Grandma Susie, to Caspercan Beach for some shark tooth hunting. The first night the water was so calm and peaceful. We sifted sand and dug between rocks until the sun started to set. We found lots of teeth.

After the beach we came back and went swimming in the hotel pool and then went out to dinner. We got up early and had huge waffles in the hotel and then headed back to the beach before the sun got too hot. We met up with a few friends but they were showing up right about when we were wrapping up for the day.

When we got home we cleaned up the collection of sharks teeth and stingray barbs. I also had a little tiny shell collection.

It was throwback night at the ball park. Phinley was dressed in tie-dye.

Before the game they had all sorts of kid friendly events out in front of the stadium. We got new free bicycle helmets. Saw some cool panthers. I played in the Publix Plato Dizzy Bat Contest. Since I don’t get dizzy easily I was a really shoe in to win!

We met a group of friend for some shell hunting and animal exploring. We caught lots of fiddler crabs.

There was a floating thing out in the pond and a few of my friends went out to play on it.

I stayed on the beach for a while. I wasn’t interested in the floating thing.

When it came closer to land I jumped on. We played on it for an hour and then found out it was a floating bird next platform. We immediately returned it to where we found it.

My friend, Curtis, found a sea pork! It looked and felt really strange.

We saw a dolphin and also learned how to throw a cast net!

More fiddler crabs were found by all.

We had a new playgroup today at the beach. MR Joe at Fish On Kayak Adventures, LLC is running a months meet up for kids. We learn about the sea life and get to go on scavenger hunts in the water. Today we fought all kinds of goodies.

We kept everything we caught in holding bins so everyone could touch them.

We learned about water safety and then went on a scavenger hunt.

Someone found a sea urchin.

When it was my turn to hold it it started to MOVE on my HAND! UGH !

The water was really calm and chilly. We braved the coolness and went dip netting for more creatures.

We fought a few little crabs. Emmerson caught a larger one.

I netted a baby flounder!

My friend, Camdan, and I tried kayaking!

After the class we played on the beach for the afternoon.

Cousin Zac was there as well.

Working together as a team with no drama or fighting!

We found a half of a piñata left in a tree at the spray park. I made it my missing to free the monkey head from the tree.

After a good 20 minutes of trying I finally got it down! MONKEY HEAD!
