Daddy is stealing my blog space to make a shameless plug for Pico Rojo. They have awesome charcoal rotisserie chicken and amazing fried plantains (and flan too!!!!) Mommy and daddy love the place. They don’t ever want to share with me (just kidding, they would but I’m in a mac and cheese rut.)
Pico Rojo is open until 9 at night during the week and 9:30 on Friday and Saturday and 8 on Sunday. Well worth going to. They are in the plaza on the southeast corner of Enterprise and McMullen Booth road that has a Blockbuster in it.
