Passing the time making Gingerbread houses is always a fun time.

I put a great amount of effort into my decorating this year. After I did my “creations” I had Mom teach me how to do some tricks with the gel icing.

I decoration the roof and even added icicles!

After dinner we tracked Santa on NORAD and enjoyed some peppermint milkshakes from Chick Fil A!

Santa’s cookies, carrots for the reindeer, Lego creations and saying goodbye to our pet reindeer until they return next year for us to snuggle and love and give our Christmas magic to!

Today we took a field trip to the Dunedin Water Treatment Plant. We saw how different chemicals were injected into the water to make it safe to drink.

We learned how the pumps work and how only this one plant serves all of the Dunedin community.

We learned about the filtration systems and how they have to change the tubes in the RO machines.

Each giant tube has 3 giant filters.

There were a LOT of filters!!!

We wrapped up in the ops room where all the calls come in for issues people have.

My favorite part of the tour was learning about the pressure gauges and meters at peoples homes that can detect unusual usage and potential leaks before they get out of hand.

We love the low key rumble of thousands of motorcycles down the local main street. This year seemed bigger than ever! We got a bunch of candy and beads. Our hands were tired from all the waving!

We went to Grandma and Grandpa’s house for an early holiday celebration since they were flying to Connecticut. Their Christmas tree was so pretty.

E and I were dying to find out what was in these giant boxes! They were really cool remote control Jeeps!

After gifts and relaxing we went outside and drove the new toys. Thank you SO much!

Grandma Jo and Grandpa Howie sent us a Lobster-Gram for Christmas. It came packed in a LOT of dry ice! So we got to have fun experimenting with all the dry ice.

We made money squeal. We made giant bubbles filled with the gas.

I think our favorite was adding dish soap and watching the bubbles grow and grow.
