Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary

Grandma Susie was in town this week and we went to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary with our nature club.

We got to see a little owl. He is full grown and part of their animal ambassador program.

Super cute!

Look at us all behaving and listening. Only mild chaos.

Afterwards, we went to Indian Rocks Beach for the rest of the morning and the grabbed lunch at Crabby Bills. I learned to eat popcorn shrimp! A new favorite on my menu!

Engineering Fair

Daddy took Emmerson and me to the USF Engineering Fair. I had fun doing all of the little experiments and games they had set up.

I even got to make a parachute and then drop it off a building!

I had a great day out with Daddy while Mommy was at a Fish and Wildlife training class.

At Lego Club the other day I wanted to play with the Duplo blocks. I never want to play with them anymore. So when we got home Mommy let me spend the afternoon building. I had the entire living room full of creations.

It was a theme park/zoo combo.

This was my amazing turtle! It is moving one leg because it is walking.

I love Legos!

Dino Quest at Lowry Park Zoo

We visited Lowry Park Zoo to check out Dino Quest. I was so terrified because of the loud sounds and dark spaces. I was stuck to Mommy’s leg.

Once we got past the T-Rex bones I was cool. I had seen the dinos come off the truck a few weeks back so I knew what they were really like. Huge robots! My buddy Zachary and I had a great time learning about all the dinosaurs.
