New Playground First Kid EVER!

This is the old neighborhood playground. I have grown up here. I have had many boo-boos and fun times.

We have been watching for WEEKS as they build a new playground. It has been kept behind this chain-link fence. I ask all the time if it is open yet.

Today Mommy drove by and saw them taking out the old one and opening up the new one! She came in the house and told me what was going on and I got extremely excited. I was grinning ear to ear.

So we quickly grabbed the stroller and headed for the playground. I was the FIRST KID EVER to play at the new playground!!!! How cool is that!!!??? What a bragging right I have!

The new playground is beyond AWESOME! I can’t describe how much I LOVE it. There are tons of slides and things to climb. There is a board with sign language letters. A few tunnels. WOW AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!

It was thundering and raining tonight so I couldn’t go back after my nap. But tomorrow… I WILL BE THERE ALL DAY!!! If I can!

Actually Grandma Jo is coming over to play for a few hours so Mommy can actually get her haircut for the first time in 1.5 YEARS! Poor Mommy!

THREE!

There has been a LOT of birthday partying going on around here lately.

Here is my CAKE from my family party.

I blew out the candle on the first try with VERY little spit on the cake!

As you know I am in LOVE with dinosaurs. I have been borderline obcessed with this blinky eyed dinosaur since I saw it at a friends house. I told Mommy I wanted a whole FAMILY of them. Mommy said no to that but I did get one for my birthday. Then at my BIG party I got another from a friend, Evie. My wish for a dino family came true!! YEAH!

Daddy made these neat dinosaur eggs and Mommy hid them in the yard.

We all had fun hunting them.

Dinosaur World

Mommy, Daddy, Emmerson and I went to dino-world as a pre-birthday gift. It was actually very fun. Very clean considering it is a road-side attraction, which can be a VERY scary thing!

The entrance to over 500 dinos!!

There were dinos all over.

I was even consumed by a t-rex!

It was REALLY empty there. I had the whole bone-yard to myself!

Family shot, less Daddy who was taking the pictures!

DSC_3391.jpg

They have a little playground but it was kind of sandy and dirty so I only played a few minutes.

We also got to sift through a huge sand pit to find fossils to take home. I found a bunch but you could only keep 3! Oh well!!

We got year passes so we can go back whenever we want!

Tea Cups

When Daddy was at home working Mommy, Emmerson, Grandpa and Grandma and I were at Disney playing. I had a wonderful time, but missed my Daddy a LOT! It was the first FUN vacation I was on without him!

I went on the tea-cups with Grandma and Grandpa. Mommy said she gets dizzy and sick on them so opted not to go.

I had a BLAST!

It was so much fun.

Of course I begged Mommy to go on since I couldn’t spin the cup too fast she would be okay. Well, WRONG! Halfway through my second time I figured out how to use my “muscles” to spin the tea-cup really fast. Mommy was dizzy but survived.
