Mommy came home from the hospital on Friday. She, Daddy, and Emmerson Carrington spent the day at the house recovering. On Saturday morning, they came and picked me up from Grandma & Grandpa’s. Over the weekend Grandma Susie came over and we had lots of fun playing.
Here are some of my favorite shots from the past few days…
Giving Emmerson a kiss at the hospital…
I’m SOOO into the new chair. It’s a shared chair. It can hold me or Emmerson. I think it’s fun to sit in too. Mommy and Daddy keep mumbling “regressing” but I’m just having fun!
Sunday morning with Grandma Susie resulted in her taking a really cute picture of me under my bed and playing with the remote to my train! Oh, and ask me where the continents are and some of the states! I’m learning them really quickly!
The Reed Boys lined up. We’re vegging to Scooby Doo and I’m munching on my peanut butter and jelly sandwich (after having an applesauce and a yummy yogurt!)
Emmerson is pretty cool. I like trying to scare him and growling at him like a lion!
Time to trade the camera! Mommy’s turn to be in the picture watching Scooby Doo!
Just my usual goofy self, peanut butter cheeks an all 🙂
Mommy and Daddy make fun of the way I eat, but I have to check out every piece. I eat one bite of everything on my plate and then go back through and do it again.
Ah… the joys of an ice cream cone 🙂 They are just fantastic, but messy so it’s tub time!
Savor the ice cream 🙂
I forgot to post pictures from last Saturday afternoon (Jan 12th – Beach day!). Emmerson snuck out of Mommy when we were at Costco and when I got back to the minivan, I had a playhouse that I saw in Costco and REALLY wanted! I was crying because Daddy wouldn’t buy it for me, but turns out Emmerson ROCKS! He got it for me 🙂
So, Saturday after nap, we put it together. It’s really cool:
Watching Daddy put the roof on:
Checking the benches for safety…
Relaxing on the bench with the window box planting pots.
Checking for new mail 🙂
Mommy tucked into the house with me! I love my house!
Wait, my house needs BUBBLES! Let me get them off the table!
Yea! This house is fun.
Oops, did Daddy tighten the bolt enough? I better use my Allen wrench and make sure
I met my baby brother! I gave him a kiss and thought is was awesome 🙂
However, my italian ice was very important to me 🙂
And so was Scooby Doo on the TV 🙂
My day was really cool. I went to Gymboree, but they cancelled my class since I was the only one there. After Gymboree, we had CAKE! Grandma Jo made a cake in her decorating class last night and put my baby brother’s name on the cake. I loved it!
I also played LOTs at Grandma & Grandpa’s. We played with the Sesame Street playset that Daddy used as a little one. 🙂 I’ve had a great day. When I was visiting my baby bro, I was very patient. I’m an awesome big brother. I bought a balloon for him! He got me a lady bug lunch box I’ve been wanting and a bunch of Scooby Doo books. 🙂 YEA!!! I gave him a kiss before headed back to Grandma & Grandpa’s house!!!
Talk to y’all later. Love ya!
Here are a few pictures of him and one of Mommy recovering in her room…
And my baby brother’s name is:
Emmerson Carrington Reed
