Animal Parade

I spent a large amount of today playing with my animals. I made a parade and we marched. I sorted them by animal type and then again by if they had four legs (Mommy helped with that one).

I placed them ALL along the edge of the foyer and then swung my arms until they all flew away. I even figured out I could spin them really fast on an old baby toy I still have!

It was a fun animal day.
Mommy said I am growing like a weed.

I still make cute faces.

and most of all, I still curl my toes.

Today after dinner (i had king crab, applesauce and broccoli) I was filthy and Mommy took me for a bath. She got me in the tub and I said “Mommy potty” so she pulled me out and I sat on the potty for a few minutes. Then guess what? I made a pee-pee in the potty! All by myself! I even knew to flush! 🙂

We got to go Brewster’s Ice Cream for a celebration “pop-pop” (ice cream or lollipop depending on the situation). Everyone was so proud of me! 🙂 I am too!

Mommy got me cleaned up when we got home and before changing my diaper asked if I needed to potty before bed… It took me a few minutes to decide that I should probably try. I took Mommy and Daddy to the potty room and they set me on the potty and right away I went pee-pee again! 🙂 I giggled with delight! 🙂 I AM SO PROUD OF ME!

Mommy let me wear a pull-up diaper to bed tonight because I am such a big boy!!

Of speech and hyperactivity!

This morning Mommy and I were playing with my Winnie-the-Pooh sticker book and I was having her take stickers off the sheet. In a cute innocent voice I said “ooo-eeee (Eyeore) too, have him please.”

Mommy and Daddy are really impressed with my language explosion. I have my moments though… somedays it is mostly babble and then others it is very developed speech. This language explosion is very interesting to Mommy and Daddy.

Also I hurt Mommy this morning… I was sitting next to her on the bed and I suddenly had the urge to headbutt her face! I got her right on the cheekbone. Mommy was mad but said it was an accident so I got off the hook this time!

I am kind of wound up today…

Mommy thinks I had an IV of sugar during the night…

Rose Tattoos, Ice Cream Belly and Silly Faces

Today was a fun day. Grandma Susie came over to play (watch me) while Mommy & Daddy did some yard work. I had a blast with Grandma Susie. We played all sorts of games… she got a kick out of me DUMPING everything out… she is so organized and I like my toys messy! hehe We played stickers and marched in a parade and sorted animals by feeding ground and mommies and babies. Thanks for playing with me! 🙂

After my nap we went grocery shopping and then met up with Grandma Jo, Grandpa Howie, Great-Grandpa & Great Grandma Reed at Pizza Hut for a quick slice. Grandma Jo bought me a tattoo! How cool am I. I got a bit freaked when Mommy put it on because it didn’t come off when I pulled at it. I now understand it will be there for a few days.

We came home and I had a quick bath and shared an ice cream with Daddy. Daddy tried to have an ice cream when I was in the tub but I KNEW something was up so I demanded a SHORT bath! I can smell ice cream MILES away!
